Chris Sikorsky

Ambitious and energetic, Chris is one of the forces behind Sikpics, where he’s spent nearly a decade livin’ the dream. A graduate of the Western Academy Broadcasting College, Chris started his career as a Video Journalist with CTV News Saskatoon, covering everything from hard-hitting news to human interest stories. His curiosity and drive led him to the world of creative video production, and he’s never looked back.
Beyond the lens, Chris is deeply rooted in his community. He co-founded Local Companies that Care, serves on the SYPE board, hosts a podcast, and gives his time to numerous causes. He can also be found lighting up the stage as a touring musician with the Guns N’ Roses tribute band, ‘The Nightrain’.
Chris lives by the mantra, “You can’t make interesting art, if you don’t live an interesting life,” and it shows in everything he does—from his love for traveling (25 countries and counting!) to his commitment to helping clients tell their unique stories. When Chris sets his mind on something, you better believe he’s going to tackle it with unmatched enthusiasm and grit.

Kirstin Meadows

Kirstin is the organizational powerhouse behind Sikpics. Armed with a B.Comm in Marketing from Edwards School of Business, Kirstin’s resume includes everything from the family farm to the legendary Chamberlain spot, Twisted Sisters. Eventually she brought her diverse skill set to Sikpics, where she’s been delighting clients ever since.
Beyond work, Kirstin’s passion for sports is evident—she curls, plays volleyball, and is always up for a new recreational challenge. An avid traveler, she and Chris have explored the world, ticking off adventures from skydiving in Australia to exploring Spain and Bali. Known for her humour and outgoing personality, Kirstin thrives on genuine connections and spontaneous shenanigans.
Kirstin believes that business success comes down to a simple formula: try your best, keep your promises, and be a good person. It’s this ethos that drives her commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and making a positive impact with every project she touches. If Kirstin is involved, prepare to not only be delighted, but continually impressed by her ability to do all the things – and do them at top-tier Kirstin level.

Watty (Derek Watson)

Watty is Sikpics’ daily dose of good, honest, fun. With a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism and a background as a radio veteran, Watty made the leap from the airwaves to video production, bringing stories to life from behind the lens and above the ground. Whether he’s flying a drone, editing footage, or capturing the perfect shot, Watty’s passion for storytelling shines through in everything he does.
An outdoor enthusiast, Watty spends his free time camping, fishing, and playing beach volleyball. He’s also a live music aficionado, a loyal Raptors, Jets, and Roughriders fan, and holds a special place in his heart for his son Lucas and his Morkie dog, Elly. Watty is always up for a fun time and never shy to share a story. Like the time he spent in a middle eastern jail (he can explain).
Watty’s commitment to his craft fuels his drive to “Keep learning, keep growing, and keep getting deadlier”. For Watty, it’s all about pushing boundaries, embracing the journey, and continuing to evolve with each new project. If you’re lucky enough to work with Watty, you’ll walk away having gained a friend.
